RETURN POLICY

From the reception of your order, you have a period of
14 days to request a return of products and request a
refund of these products. The refund will be granted
only on return of your original package.

The legal right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products have been
unsealed or used after delivery and cannot be returned due to
reasons of  hygiene and health protection.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, in order to
to be put back in stock.
Any product rendered damaged, in particular by lack of protection in
unsuitable packaging will be considered as a damaged product and
cannot be refunded. 
If the returned products are compliant, the refund will then
launched.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When you return your entire order, the products offered must
be returned also under penalty of being deducted from your refund
final.
